This week: Brass vs. Woodwinds! (6/23 & 6/27)

Join us in Bever Park on Wednesday, June 23 or Sunday, June 27 at 7:30 pm for a concert featuring our brass choir and our woodwind choir.

Will they settle the age-old question of which kind of instrument is superior?

Probably not.

But they will play fun and exciting music.

Can’t join us in person? Watch the performances live on our Facebook page or tune in to the Sunday concert on KMRY radio (1450 AM, 93.1 FM, kmryradio.com).

Tonight’s concert (6/20) is cancelled

Due to expected rain, we have cancelled tonight’s performance. We hope to see you this coming week!

Tonight (6/16) and Sunday (6/20) in Bever Park (yes, really)

Our thanks to everyone who joined us at The History Center for one or both of our Week 1 performances–and our apologies to those who missed the announcement of the late-in-the-game venue change for the Sunday concert!

This week, both concerts will, in fact, be in Bever Park. Bring some sunscreen, a hat, and your love of great live music.

If you can’t be there in person, head over to our Facebook page and enjoy the live stream–which is only available, well, live. You can also catch the Sunday night performance on KMRY radio (1450 AM, 93.1 FM, or kmryradio.com).

13 June Concert Moved to History Center

The concert for tonight, 13 June, is moved to the History Center! This is due to expected temperatures in the 90s combined with direct sun on the pavement where the band would play at the park. Same great music, awesome new venue!

The 2021 Concert Season is posted!

You can find the 2021 CRMB concert schedule on our website at https://www.crmuniband.org/concert-schedule/

Yes, it’s correct — we really do have that many events at Bever Park! Due to the pandemic, things are a bit different this year. The band will be smaller (one on a part) so that we can maintain safe spacing among the musicians. We also will not be using the mobile stage this season. Unfortunately, there were few parks that would accommodate these needs, so we are playing most events at Bever Park. We’ll be at the usual spot, but sitting mostly on the parking lot pavement.

But the good news is that we have 19 concert events scheduled, and we’re looking forward to seeing you all. And yes, we do plan to also livestream these on Facebook, and we’ll also be live on KMRY Radio every week. So come on out if you can, or catch us live online or on the air if you can’t!
