Preview Concert by CR Youth Wind Ensemble MOVED to Washington High School!
Due to weather conditions this afternoon, the prelude concert performed by the Cedar Rapids Youth Wind Ensemble has been moved to the Washington High School Band Room. Washington High School is located at 2205 Forest Drive NE in Cedar Rapids. Parking in the north parking lot will allow for your easy access to the fine arts wing entrance and the band room is the first door on your right. Come out and enjoy a concert by some of the finest young musicians in the metro area!

At Bever tonight: Cedar Rapids Metro Area Youth Wind Ensemble
We have a special treat for you tonight: The Cedar Rapids Metro Area Youth Wind Ensemble! This group of talented high school musicians will perform tonight at 6:30 PM at our usual place at the Blake Boulevard SE entrance to Bever Park. They are led by area high school band directors Jim Miller and Steve Stickney. We hope you’ll come early tonight to enjoy the music of this very capable group of local students.

Concert tonight at Bever with special preview concert!
Don’t miss our concert tonight at Bever Park! A special preview concert will be held at 6:30 featuring the Cedar Rapids Area Youth Wind Ensemble. Our regularly scheduled concert will begin at 7:30 with special guests this week Randy Gabrowski and Amy Schnedel on trumpet and Linn Mar High School vocalist Brooke Almasi. Pack up those lawn chairs, picnic fare and the family for a beautiful night out in the park!

Farmer’s Market performance this Saturday CANCELLED
Due to standing water in Greene Square Park, which would make it impossible to set up our stage, we have been forced to cancel our Saturday, June 21 performance at the Cedar Rapids downtown Farmer’s Market. Please join us for our next performance on Sunday, June 22 at Bever Park. The Cedar Rapids Youth Wind Ensemble will perform a 6:30 prelude concert you will not want to miss!
